The common registration link allows users to join the Radar workspace without a personal invitation. It can be shared online or via social networks, enabling broader participation in strategic foresight activities.
To share the common registration link:
1. Open the Control Center.
2. Toggle the switch for “Registration by common link” to enable it. ![pic]
3. Copy the link and share it through your preferred channels.
All users who register via the common link will be assigned the Viewer role. They will only have access to views that are available to all workspace users. (See: How to Make a View Accessible to All Workspace Users)
Workspace administrators can later change users’ roles and grant them additional access to views and projects.
