.NET Developer

About the Role

You will be involved in the development of the Radar architecture and take the initiative in the daily issues of the team.

Key responsibilities

– Back-end development using ASP.NET MVC Core, Web API;

– Designing and developing new functionality in conjunction with the team;

– Refactoring and iterative improvement of existing parts of the system;

– Unit test writing;

– Participation in code reviews;

Stack: Back-end (C#, ASP.NET MVC Core, WebAPI), Front-end (React, Redux, Typescript, Redux Saga, Material UI), Git – version control, GitLab – code storage, PostgreSQL;

Mobile apps: Android – Java, Kotlin; iOS – Swift, Objective-c.

What do we expect from you?

– University degree (in IT or a related field);

– 2+ years of experience in C# and ASP.NET Core development;

– Experience in Web-application development;

– English proficiency (reading documentation and confident conversational English). 

Will be a plus

– Experience with Azure, Docker;

– Experience developing using React/Angular/Vue;

– Experience writing unit tests using xUnit (we have), nUnit, MSTest, etc.

About the Role

You will have to participate in the design of the Radar’s architecture and take the initiative in the daily issues of the team.

– Front-end development using React, Redux, Typescript;

– Unit-test writing;

– Participation in code review;

– Development of its own component library;

Stack: Front-end (React, Redux, Typescript, Redux Saga, Material UI), Back-end (C#, ASP.NET MVC Core, WebAPI), Git – version control, GitLab – code storage, PostgreSQL.

What do we expect from you?

– University degree (in IT or a related field);

– Strong knowledge and experience of Typescript, CSS;

– Experience of working with React for TS development;

– Experience in web-application development;

– Proficiency in English at the level of confident reading documentation and basic conversational.

Will be a plus

– Knowledge and understanding of Material UI;

– Knowledge of MobX;

About the Role

You have to participate in the development of the Radar and its promotion on the market. Your responsibilities will include supporting current customers, participating in pre-sales activities, interacting with the development team, and other challenging tasks.

Key responsibilities

– Development together with a team of individual client solutions in the field of analytics, planning, reporting;

– Accompanying and advising customers and teams on all aspects of new analytics challenges;

– Taking care of our existing customers and helping to develop new customers;

– Support pre-sale activity;

– Acting as a mentor for juniors;

– Independent work in a highly motivated team and leading it to success. In addition, as a recognized contact person, you will take on project management and coaching tasks.

What do we expect from you?

– University degree (in economics, finance, business informatics or project management);

– Relevant work experience in the areas of planning, controlling/ budgeting, and/or consolidation;

– Ability to quickly grasp complex business and technical relationships, find target-oriented solutions and process them efficiently;

Customer Service Manager

About the Role

You will be supporting existing customers in resolving emerging issues, capturing complaints and requests from end users, and preparing user documentation.

Key responsibilities

– Helping customers to solve technical problems when using our products and services;

– Timely and accurately responsing to customer inquiries by phone, email or chat;

– Identifying customer needs and helping customers to use specific features;

– Analysis of system problems and their registration in internal tools;

– Tracking customer complaints;

– Supporting clients in solving technical problems;

– Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with the Radar development team;

– Preparation of user and system documentation;

– Fulfillment of SLA requirements from the customer when organizing and planning service management activities.

What do we expect from you?

– University degree (in Information Technology or related area);

– Relevant work experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar support role in an international environment (preferably working with client teams to design solutions);

– Experience using help desk software and remote support tools;

– Global understanding of how IT systems work;

– Focus on clients and problem-solving skills;

– Excellent communication skills and friendly attitude;

– Strong attention to details and ability to deliver a high level of accuracy – you are structured, disciplined, willing to follow the development and project-specific standards and processes;

– Ability to multitask;

Project Manager

About the Role

You have to act as an intermediary between customers and the Radar team. Your responsibilities will include support for the development of new Radar features, from receiving a request from the customer to monitoring the implementation and conducting a demo.

Key responsibilities

– Conducting needs assessment by collecting customer requirements, preparing gap analysis, identifying differences in customer requirements and the product functionality, signing off the functional requirements with the customer;

– Participating in the full cycle of the software development (solution design, development, introduction to the new customers, follow up projects and support);

– Designing and working out a solution together with the development team;

– Preparing high-level design documentation and detailed design specifications as well as use case/user scenario specifications;

– Presenting the design to the customer, advising on best practices, handling review comments, identifying business issues and applying product solutions, signing off the design with the customer;

– Holding workshops at the customer side, assisting with the customer training, supporting user acceptance tests, and go-live of the project;

– Planning, estimating, tracking, and reporting development activities, progress, and tasks for the team;

What do we expect from you?

– University degree (in business administration, business informatics, engineering, or related area);

– Relevant work experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in an international environment (preferably working with client teams to design solutions);

– In-depth knowledge of and experience in requirements analysis, business and system analysis, product and project management;

– Strong attention to details and ability to deliver a high level of accuracy – you are structured, disciplined, willing to follow the development and project-specific standards and processes;
