# How to enable voting?

To enable voting for projects in your workspace, follow these steps:

1. Open the Control Center. Navigate to the **Control Center** in your workspace.

2. Enable Voting.
Find the "**Voting**" switch and toggle it to the "**on**" position.

Once voting is enabled, a voting control will be included in all project reports within your workspace.

##### How Voting Works

- **Anonymous Voting:**Each user can cast their vote for or against a project anonymously.

**- Independent Voting:**Votes cast by other users do not influence your voting decisions.

**- Persistent Results:**Once a user’s votes are saved, they will be displayed consistently across all views in the workspace.
